The 76th National Folk Festival is coming to Downtown Greensboro from September 9-11, 2016, for the second of its three-year residency in North Carolina. For three, FREE days, celebrate the richness of American culture and heritage. See over 300 artists, musicians, dancers, puppeteers, storytellers, and craftspeople, with more than 40 individuals and groups performing on seven outdoor stages. The National Folk Festival kicks off Greensboro's sixth annual 17DAYS Arts and Culture Festival, which runs from September 9-25, 2016. 17DAYS is North Carolina's largest collaborative festival, with more than 150 events, exhibits, and performances in dozens of venues.
